General Client Care Terms
- *After hours email and phone support is from 6pm to 10pm Monday through Friday. Support is up to 60 minutes in length just like on-site appointments and counts towards your monthly allocated appointment
- **Next day if calling Monday through Friday prior to 4pm, otherwise the service will be scheduled for the soonest available appointment
- ***Check-up includes complete review of entire system and repair/maintain any existing system functionality. New equipment or upgrades would bill at our regular install rate with new discounts applied.
- **** A Week is from Monday to Saturday and each appointment is up to 60 minutes max regardless of the medium (i.e., phone, email, text or on-site). The usual labor rates will apply after that time has passed less any applicable discounts. Discounted appointments do not accrue from month to month– only 1 appointment is allocated per month. For example, if you don’t book an appointment in January and February, you cannot book 3 appointments in March to make up for the unused appointments. You can of course book 1 appointment in March as part of this plan and 2 additional appointments at our regular service call rate of $179.99 less any applicable discounts. Appointments cannot be scheduled for new work under this plan– only existing work. Any new work will bill at our regular rates with no discounts applied.

- ******All service plan pricing is limited to a 20 mile radius from our office at 9133 S. La Cienega Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90301. If your address is 21+ miles from our shop, service plans will be individually priced on a case by case basis.
